Yesterday was a grand day for me. I never thought I could see you again, and not at this time of the year when we are all busy with the academic bustles and requirements to complete. You were dashing - just as dashing as ever, in your new army cut and white polo. I was very happy that we had a chance to talk this time. I’m so happy to be able to see you and meet you again, after a year.. .more than a year…Just when I was just wishing to see an inch of your shadow, I saw your smile… the only smile that can melt and break my heart at the same time.Your smile, the warmth, and the gaiety that I felt in your presence – for once after a year, I can feel my heart alive again. I was so surprised that I was able to be with you in a classroom again. But then our class is over and you have to go to another class. Nevertheless, I’m glad to let you go with the assurance that you’ll come back for me. Just as I was there standing in the middle of my happiness and joy, I felt the sunlight shine on my face, and the ring of my alarm clock. It’s 7:30am; a pleasant Saturday morning. I went on through the day light hearted and humming. I was so much in a good mood that I didn’t care whether I remembered the details of my dream or not. Just the mere memory that I was with you even in my dream, was enough to send me blissful throughout the day.For me, it’s very real. ‘Tis very real that it’s just made me more patient to wait for the fulfilment of the assurance that you left me – that you’ll come back for me. Just before I was typing this entry, my friend, your schoolmate over there, had a chat with me on FB. She says she saw you today at the hallway of your college building reviewing for an exam at 5-7pm- wearing a white shirt and sporting a new army cut!I don’t know what that means. I’m crazy. Yes.
